Wandering Cat

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I've not been able to complete any blog posts for a couple of weeks. So, just to satisfy my hordes of followers, here is a cat. Just a wandering neighborhood cat. To add weight to this post, I'll provide the relevant exif statistics: ISO 500, 300mm, f/2.8, 1/500 sec.

I plan to publish some more thoughtful things in the next few days, but really, the internet never tires of cat pictures, so I can't go wrong with this one, right?

By request, here is a known entity, our neighbor's cat Charlie:

    1. No, according to a name tag visible in another shot this one is named Tiger.

    1. Nope, still not Charlie :<D but I will now add a photo of her above. Charlie is, for anyone curious, a neighbor's cat, two houses down the street. Well cared for, but she likes to come visit us and threaten "our" wild birds. No Charlie! I know it's in your nature to hunt, but not the birds! Their numbers are declining and you are well fed by your "owners" (staff).

  3. These cat photos are heartwarming - you didn't go wrong! Charlie seems to be hiding and wary, as if wanting to hunt your wild birds but knowing the repercussions. Glad you're back to posting pictures. Have you ever posted photos of your wild birds?

    1. Glad you like the cats. Yes, I've posted some bird photo attempts at times, e.g.:
